You didn't supply enough details to know what a "time thing on the mouse"(?) is in your system. However, it can take many hours to download a whole show in shn format. Shn files and whole shn sets are very large, and the download speeds can be slow for less-popular items.

Try this:

- right mouse click over the zip file
- select "save target as"
- select a destination and the transfer will begin.

(this assumes that you are running a windows based system)

This may apply:

If you downloaded a .zip, you will have to unzip it first to get to the files inside.

If the extension is SHN, go to etree.org and get the plugin for WinAmp. If it's a FLAC then you need to go ??? google for FLAC and you can get the plugin for winamp. Both sites will have the decoder programs for conversion to .WAV so you can make a CD out of them.
