I have the official release of the first season. All episodes contain a new 1996 copyright notice under the Desilu imprint. So that is a bit of a dead end. However, I also have 3 episodes in exact copies of original network prints. There is no notice in the credits or under the Desilu logo on any of these episodes. The episodes are "The Pilot", "Nothing Ever Works Twice" and "The Cost of a Vacation". But, with the Desilu's Star Trek situation (no notices on the prints but a court decision finding that they had not been published before they were officially released on VHS with a notice and were therefore copyright), I am not sure that means anything.

Thanks. Based on what you said and on the fact that Alpha seems to be afraid to sell them, I'm not going to upload them.

"Alpha is afraid to sell them."

You heard it here folks, how much more proof do you need than straight out of Moongleam's mouth (an employee at Alpha).
