Hi,

I've just created my account. I'm trying to log in via FTP to upload an item. But I'm getting an "530 Login authentication failed" error. Does the FTP account take time to get created?

no it doesn't. is there a reason you are using it rather than the http uploader? we don't really recommend the ftp unless absolutely necessary.

The reason is to upload 30 files in 1 directory.

you can upload 30 files to a new item using the http uploader. just select them all before you clock the share button.
