I uploaded 3 .pdfs last week. 2 have yet to derive. On the item history admin page, it's saying the derive task is stuck waiting for an admin and also "server readonly -- tasks waiting for harddrive fix." I reran the tasks, but get the same messages again.

Did I do something incorrectly when I uploaded? It looks like several other folks have had a similar issue but I couldn't find any resolutions.

How did you create this PDF and how was it saved, is there any security on the file?

ok, the items are fixed now. the ppi metadata value had "dpi" in it. it should just be a number such as 200 or 300.
