external caller problem |
I am unable to checkout my uploaded items - I got a message "Item submission error! reason: external caller"
And I see that I'm not the only one with this problem...

happened to me, too. it seems to have no problem updating anything except displayed names of files. everything else it will accept. however, at some point it randomly reverted back to initial conditions despite having changed it many times in the interim.

Got this error, too. I can update the "notes" and "description" fields without any problem, but not the "title", "artist", etc. that's associated with the particular file (analogous to the tags in an mp3). I can also derive files OK.
