I went to edit the data on one of my uploads and saw this message:

"The item you are trying to edit cannot be retrieved from a "primary US node".

Potential reasons for problem:
a temporary item location failure
the identifier supplied may be invalid or references a removed resource
the item may be in the process of being edited"

What have i done wrong?
I'm not exactly sure what it means. I just wanted to update the listing.
