A little more genius has left the world......

You all know him. Author of one of my all time favorite books - still to this day - "Where the Wild Things Are".

Along with "Harold and the Purple Crayon" by Crockett Johnson

No matter how old I get, my bookshelf will always have those two books on it.

The remaining books are subjective and could probably be its own time consuming thread.

RIP Mr.Sendak. All told I spent many hours reading your books to my children. We had more then a few games of Daddy turns into a monster and you better run and hide after (during) reading WTWTA.

Excellent choice of a title Mando.
