I've accessed simugraph.com/forum/ on WM a few days ago and it was working, but now it's not available anymore because current site have robots.txt disallowing the indexing.

That's really sad, specially because now the site is one of those placeholders site, where you can buy the domain.

So I would like to ask Why the whole history is removed if on that time no robots.txt even exist?

The owner of the current page can't even ask for removal of those pages, those pages are copyrighted of the owner in that time. Current owner just have the right of the website url from when he bought it. And just have the copyright of the pages he created.
