Previously posted in November 23, 2011, but deleted in "Movies" forum, so this is transferred. Has anyone ignore this post already, and why do these movies still exist in Archive.org?



The below is a registration of "Notice of Intent to Enforce a Copyright Restored under the Uruguay Round Agreements Act". Hercules is still copyrighted in both Italy and the United States.

Hello Lee,
We are looking for the copyright owner(s) of this, The 1958 "Hercules" film staring Steve Reeves. To insure we are in compliance with said owner(s).
According to this information on this post it belongs to Delta ventures LTD. However from our research, It appears Delta Ventures LTD was dissolved in 2002. We attempted to contact using the above phone number with no luck.
