I'm sorry, but I think hi-jacking most anyone's thread for the past 3 months can certainly be considered disrupting. It definitely makes it look like some kind of a personal vendetta.

The legal standing and implications of the Wayback Machine are well documented, in numerous places including at the University of Berkeley and the Library of Congress. If the Internet Archive did not comply with your requests, that is a problem and you are certainly well within reason to demand answers, also publicly. But I think one thread on the matter is quite enough, there's no need to add it to every discussion of unrelated issues.
