At about 2:45 a nurse accidentally bumps off the table and spills this chemical bottle on the floor which smashes apart nicely and leaves this shiny oozing brown muck that looks like what used to be a brain. You get a closeup of her blank staring at it. In color too.

Thanks. I did look there too, but a lot of the interesting footage is only a few seconds long and then there are words/titles over top of it.
