Forum: web Subject: recover pdfs or jpgs on an archived site?

Hello,

Anyone know of a way to recover pdfs or jpgs on an archived version of a website? We took our site down (replaced with a new one) in May (2011) but later realized we didn't have copies of certain images on the site.

I can see the page on the most recent archived version of the site via Internet Archive, and even a "broken image" icon where the images go, but clicking them doesn't do anything.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated!

hello
you can try here:
archive.bibalex.org, the Internet archive at the New Library of Alexandria, Egypt, mirrors the Wayback Machine. Try your search there when you have trouble connecting to the Wayback servers.
