If it was made after 1963, unless they made an error with the copyright notice, it is not public domain.

According to TVShowsonDVD.com, the answer is no and also to Hawaiian Eye. Sadly, there are a lot of these shows that are neglected by companies who have copyrights but aren't exploiting the programs.
