Re: Epic Pre 1972 Morning Dews |
Well, the 1967-10-22 Dew just finished and I think I am going to let it ride right into New Potato Caboose---wooofuckinhoo! I've got a few more things to do at the office before I go so I'll probably even get the CE>TOO>CE in before calling it a weekend.
As I said recently, this show was the one that made me realize why pathological, primal heads cannot even stand for people to discuss Later Dead (this is a sub-group more rabid and virulent than your run-of-the-mill Eighty-Hatie.)
Me? I'm kind of like "whirlwinddancer 65-95": I like it all, just some are more likey than others.
You would be well served to invest an hour or so in this show. I think one time you said you were a younger head, no? So to put this show in perspective, you have to remember what the straight was "groovin'" to then:
(Editor's note: Writer exceeded his cut-n-paste skills and screwed the chart up. The first line is the dates at number one; next, group and song; final line, number of weeks at number 1. Snicker: Please note what song was the longest at the top? Glad I can't be blamed for that.)
