I watched some movies ("Earthworm Tractors", "Grease", "High Hat"), some TV ("Dragon Ball", "Meet Corliss Archer"), and a lot of commercials on YouTube. Are there any 1980s commercials in the public domain? Well?

Yeah, I shouldn't ask these questions, but this section needs to grow. It's slowing down too much. Good news: Once I finish watching "Dragon Ball Season 3", I *might* upload some "Burns & Allen", or at least the commercials. That should help this section grow.

Commercials? Why would I want to watch the commercials when I could watch Burns & Allen?

Just a hint...

I'm not a huge fan of commercials myself, but over the past year or so that I've been visiting the Archive, I've grown to enjoy some of them quite a bit. The "Bewitched" breakfast ad for example, or vintage car commercials.

When I watch Ozzie and Harriet, I LOVE the old Kodak ads, especially the ones for old 8mm Brownie movie cameras. I'd dearly love to have one of those old Brownie 8mm cameras with the 3-lens turret, not to shoot film with, but as a great keepsake on my bookshelf. To remind me of the good old days.

Old commercials's are a lot better than todays, and some are fun to watch. But come on... vote Burns and Allen. They have commercials too.

I'm not a big fan of Burns snd Allen, but I could watch Ozzie and Harriet or Meet Corliss Archer 'til the cows come home...or 'til I have to go out and tip them over.

Regardless, anything pre-1970 is better than anything post-1970 any damned day, so bring on Burns and Allen.

I plan to upload the shows themselves, but some or all of them may already have been uploaded, hence why'd I might be uploading some commercials.
