I had to delete this show due to a tracking error, so after I re-encoded and re-upped it, it won't derive. Not sure how to fix it. Any help is much appreciated!

It's not smart enough to rederive by itself...you have to do it manually.

1) Click "Edit item" on the left-hand side of the page.
2) Click "change the information" in the left box.
3) Click the "Item manager" link at the top of the next page.
4) Click the "derive" button.

Give it an hour or so and it'll be done.
