We generally ask people not to do this as it is considered greedy, and lowers speeds for other users.

In general, I get speeds around 160KB/s (kilobytes, not kilobits) from home.

When I dl songs from same show Ill get different speeds ranging from about 150 kb/sec to 1 mb/sec, now thats fast. One song takes like 15 seconds to dl. I have a cable connection, and the speeds range from 150 k to 1 m and everything in between.

On cable with Speed Download I'll usually average 850 KB/sec. A single disc show is usually around 12-16 minutes to download.
