Trouble with FTP |
Hey, I'm having problems connecting to the Archive collection with WS_FTP.I put in all the info, my username and password, then it says it's connecting, then it fails.Is there any more info I forgot to put in?

Hey there,
I think the problem is that the 'username' in this case is your email address you signed up with, not your screen-name? That sometimes catches people out.
If not that, then more info on the failure descriptions would be good - you're trying to log on to movies-uploads.archive.org, correct?

It didn't work.Mind sharing what info you put in to connect to the server?Like, what profile name?Does that matter?

You should be using:
movies-uploads.archive.org
name: YOUREMAILADDRESS
pass: YOURARCHIVEPASSWORD
What error do you get? You still haven't specified.

When I click the OK button after entering my info, some words at the bottom of the WS_FTP screen shows up saying it's connecting to a ISP number, then it says the connection failed and timed out.
