It's a shame that someone is going to circulate the copy off of the radio. This way when folks get the show, they won't know if it is from my original transfer or the radio broadcast of my transfer.

Charlie, I was wondering if there would be a way for me to get a copy of this show from you rather than the radio station recording? If not I guess I will settle with it. I'd really like to get the better recording from you though.

He must get lots of requests and completeists are most certainly after this latest nugget.

Eaton is listed as the Deadlists source. I assume he was your source as well? So was it just a transcription mistake, or is one of these shows possibly another date?

deadlists says for 5/30/69: "This information according to The Book Of The Deadheads and DeadBase IX".
They are all wrong. It's been known to happen.

Right, But it also makes reference to "Eaton's List". That suggests his tape at least supported the listing there.

Hey, I'm glad a streaming source was found.
Also glad that my post was one of a handful honored by a reply from Charlie Miller!
Mr Miller, I don't think you need worry about an inferior source competing with yours in circulation. Hardly anybody was interested; even if more people were, I don't think a tape with DJ & edits between the songs is going to spread out very far!
By the way, the Dew wasn't played on my station due to time constraints.
