Interesting
Throughout the episode, it is mentioned that this is not a typical episode. Instead, they play a massive news years eve gag, by having the dancers sing, the announcer play the violin, etc etc.
The episode contains lots of insanity, plus some un-PC comedy, music, a studio audience sing-a-long, and about four classic commercials.
Considering the rarity of Australian TV from this era, I instantly give it 4/5.....but the episode itself is also surprisingly entertaining, if a bit silly. I give it an extra star because I really liked the comedic game show segment and accompaning fashion show.
