Written by the great historian Hagop Manandian/Manandyan this study (Leipzig, 1897) examines an invaluable medieval Armenian work known as the History of the Aghuans (or History of the Caucasian Albanians) attributed to Movses Dasxurants'i (also known as Kaghankatuats'i). Manandian reviews Aghuan secular and church history based on this and other sources in 61 pdf pages. The work also includes German translations of selected passages and a few chapters. A full English translation of Dasxurants'i's History made from Classical Armenian is available as another Internet Archive download (search on: "History of the Aghuans"). Book digitized by Google and uploaded by user Robert Bedrosian.
