Subject: Finding One's Soul in the Every Day Moments That Matter...
Loved this show! What a relief to hear such a big subject talked about with such common sense and down to earth ways to contact the "better angels of our nature" to find our true purpose in life.

Recognizing that we're all "works in progress" Joan and her guests, fellow psychologists Dr. Brenda Wade and Dr. Jonathan Young, helped remind me that I'm worth taking a moment out of my busy day to tune into that small, still voice within.

This is why I took the time to write this review, and why I'll return to listen online guilt-free, as a way to help remind me to cultivate that soul's place until I align it with my own life purpose with my day to day life.

This was one show that really walked its talk and offered real "mentoring" with the insights and tools they shared.
